  • Fundamentals

    The Fundamentals Course is designed to set you up for success in a safe and confident environment prior to entering our regular classes. You’ll learn what CrossFit is and why it is a great way to get you fit for life and other endeavors. This class (which is required for everyone who has never tried CrossFit before) teaches you all the CrossFit basics to get you ready for the intensity of CrossFit. Group classes and private instruction are available. Come prepared to learn new skills and sweat a little.

  • CrossFit

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • Olympic Weightlifting

    Our Olympic Weightlifting classes aim to improve the classic Olympic lifts. Our programming follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. Our Olympic Weightlifting classes are great whether you’re looking to improve your technique and strength or want to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.

  • Mobility

    Learn to “stretch with purpose” in our mobility classes. This class is designed to help you improve mechanics and perform basic maintenance on yourself – including recovering from high-intensity workouts, managing soreness and achieving better positioning. Discover the powers of foam rolling, self-myofascial release, PNF, trigger points, self-massage, stretch band work and more to become a better athlete.

  • Personal Training

    In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. CrossFit JAK Elite offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.

  • Nutritional Guidance

    The best workout in the world won’t work without the right nutrition. We’ll help you find the right diet for your body type, goals, and particular health needs. If you’re struggling with certain health issues, or even if you feel “perfectly healthy,” nutritional guidance is critical to your success in fitness and health.

  • JAK Bootcamp

    Our JAK Bootcamp is perfect for anyone trying to ease their way back into fitness or aren’t quite ready to tackle tough CrossFit workouts yet. JAK Bootcamp workouts do not incorporate heavy strength training or barbell work like our regular CrossFit classes. Instead, we focus on athletic drills, running and rowing, plyometrics, kettlebells, functional movements and more. And of course, we always scale your individual workout to your needs for a perfect fit.

  • JAK Fit-Kid

    Is your little athlete itching for an edge on the field? Then sign them up for JAK Fit-Kid. This sport-specific training is designed to help children ages 10-16 gain a competitive advantage in their chosen sport. Improving their skills in the off-season leads to a better, more skilled athlete when it counts! We’ll teach them how to be faster, stronger and more agile than ever before.
