CrossFit JAK Elite’s 150-square-meter facility in Wollongong is home to all the coaching, equipment, and encouragement you need to achieve the best health of your life. We’ve got everything: exciting classes, challenging WODs, all the cool CrossFit tools you love (and sometimes love to hate), nutritional counseling and so much more.
